Feeling accomplished at the end of the day is indeed a really good feeling. I really enjoy having a “to-done” journal. I write down at the end of the day the things I did that were meaningful (or sometimes not so meaningful), and it does give me a sense of joy to know I was capable of doing all I’ve done.
